I have read and understand and agree with Protective Enclosures Company, LLC’s refund/return policy.

I understand that The TV Shield® unit will ship separately from any accessories if any accessories were ordered; they will ship from a different distribution center and have a different arrival date.

MEASUREMENTS: I agree that I have been advised of The TV Shield® inside and outside dimensions, and that the TV or Display I am using The TV Shield® with, will fit within The TV Shield® as specified. I agree to hold Protective Enclosures Company, LLC harmless if I chose the wrong size enclosure when ordering The TV Shield®. I agree that I have measured my TV and it will fit within the published inside dimensions of The TV Shield®. I further understand that Protective Enclosures Company only guarantees that TVs that measure within the given specifications will fit into The TV Shield I have ordered.

I agree that I am purchasing and using The TV Shield®/The Display Shield® at my own risk. I agree to hold harmless Protective Enclosures Company, LLC and any owners, partners, manufacturers or affiliates should The TV Shield® cause any damage proven or unproven to my TV or any TV used within The TV Shield®. If I am using The TV Shield® in an environment with DIRECT SUN, I agree that I have been advised of the DIRECT SUN accessories available to me, for use in conjunction with The TV Shield®, to help protect my TV in an extreme environment such as prolonged DIRECT SUN exposure. If I am using The TV Shield® in DIRECT SUN, and DO NOT purchase the accessories, then I do so at my own risk and do agree to hold harmless Protective Enclosures Company, LLC and any owner, partners, manufacturers or affiliates.

VISIBLE DAMAGE
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTE ANY DAMAGE ON ALL COPIES OF FREIGHT BILL. MUST BE SIGNED BY DRIVER AND CONSIGNEE.

CONCEALED DAMAGE
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTE ANY CONCEALED DAMAGE TO THE CARRIER WITHIN 48 HOURS. IF CONCEALED DAMAGE IS FOUND PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER FIRST AND REQUEST AN INSPECTION TO GET A DAMAGE REPORT. THEN CONTACT A PEC REPRESENTATIVE.

**THE BILL OF LADING DOCUMENTING THIS SHIPMENT IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY FREIGHT CARRIER FOR THE RECEIPT OF GOODS FROM OUR COMPANY IN GOOD CONDITION, THUS ENDING OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS SHIPMENT. IT IS NOW YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING IS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION.

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all unopened, unused and/or undamaged units. The unit must be unaltered and it must have the protective covering(s) on the front panel and be undamaged and in original new condition. A 10% restocking fee applies and all refunds will be minus the actual shipping charges to and from Protective Enclosures Company.

Upon acceptance and processing of the return/refund, all funds will be returned to the original method of payment (minus all fees). 

The company reserves the right to remedy any minor defects in defective units by replacing defective, inoperable or missing parts rather than offering a refund or exchange.

After 30 days, and up to 90 days from the date of the purchase, if you are not happy with The TV Shield® enclosure, and have opened it, you can return it for a refund, less actual shipping charges to and from Protective Enclosures Company. The unit(s) must have protective covering(s) on the front panel and be undamaged and in original new condition. Due to the nature, size and logistics in inventory management and distribution, our restocking fee after 30 days, and up to 90 days, is 25% and applies to all opened / new non defective The TV Shield® enclosures. 

All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment minus all fees and will be processed on our end within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Protective Enclosures Company DOES NOT accept returns on units that have been drilled, scratched, damaged, abused or have had the protective coverings taken off of the front panel, as they cannot be resold as new products. If you have made a mistake when drilling or mounting The TV Shield®, although we will not accept a return within terms, we do have several remedies available to you to help you repair the "damaged" area and still be able to use your unit. Please call our customer service department for help at 1-800-331-2628 which is toll free, anytime during normal business hours which are between 9:30am and 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
