This Weatherproof, Water, Dust and Tamper Proof flat screen LCD, LED, PLASMA TV Enclosure offers protection for TV’s from 19 Inches, (up to 60 inch in some LED TV’s, call for more info so we can go over fitting the larger size tv in our enclosure). The TV Shield is the ultimate protection for your TV indoors and outdoors, and includes an industry leading 1/4 Inch thick plastic/polycarbonate front panel that provides an optically clear view of your TV or flat panel display when closed, and when opened will give you a direct view of your TV or display. Allowing easy access to view the TV however you like, while also giving the option of being fully protected at all times.

WEATHER PROOF

The TV Shield™ is engineered to be weather proof and water resistant.  Manufactured using a HMWPE High Molecular-weight Polyethylene plastic case. All areas that may open are lined with a water resistant seal, sealing out the elements. Marine grade, aluminum vents are provided on both sides of The TV Shield™ to allow proper air flow, as well as venting of any heat built up or thrown off from the TV. The bottom of The TV Shield™ has a custom designed cord “pass through”, which seals around the cords, further enhancing the water resistance.

Sizes for everything from a 19 inch TV/flat panel display up to a 60 in LED TV. Resistant to water, dust, weather and theft/tampering!!! Designed with outdoor plastics that can withstand cold/hot temperatures, direct/long term sun exposure, weather and flying objects. Industry leading 1/4 Inch thick front panel made from optically clear LEXAN Polycarbonate.

SECURE

The TV Shield™ has two chambered & keyed locks at the bottom of the unit. The top piano hinge that secures the front panel of 1/4 inch shatter resistant LEXAN (industry leading thickness), to the main housing is manufactured with security rivits (instead of screws) to prevent unauthorized access by taking the hinge off. If watched open, after enjoying a nice day on your outdoor patio/entertainment area watching TV, playing WII with the kids, or closing time at your bar, restaurant or business-you can lock your unit, securing it against theft, vandalism, tampering… or clumsy/curious children.

The TV Shield™ is the only product on the market that is equipped to be produced is mass quantities, rather than on an individually ordered basis. We have invested significant time and money to develop, engineer, and design a manufacturing process. Using custom designed and manufactured aluminum molds (very expensive to design and purchase) and a vacuum forming process, in an award winning, full service (they do all facets of manufacturing and assembly under one roof) manufacturing facility-enables us to produce a high quality product, at a highly affordable price to the end consumer, while also keeping our manufacturing in the USA.  

Although the upfront costs of mass manufacturing in outdoor plastics is great, the cost savings and incredible gains in strength and durability, and the corresponding reduction of weight, in relation to using metals, wood or fiberglass allows us to produce a supremely advanced product that is affordable. You will be comparing apples to oranges, but we encourage you to shop around, not only is our product superior in every way, it is 50% to 75% more affordable than the competition, as well as up to 75% lighter, saving you further on shipping costs. 

Because The TV Shield™ is manufactured using lightweight and durable plastics, and is very light, shipping costs to the customer are greatly reduced, and installation is much easier and able to be mounted using a standard TV mount purchased either through our site or any other retailer.
